Ferguson Australia is a premium supplier of Australian Seafood direct from the Southern Ocean. Currently in 3rd generation management, they produce and manufacture the prestige gourmet range of Southern Rock Lobster products, portioned controlled fish packs and a unique lobster infused oil.

With continual export market growth, Ferguson Australia found their time increasingly being consumed by administrative export documentation tasks and as a result there was a need to reassess the internal export processes and procedures for time efficiencies.

Export Assist™ conducted an initial review of the internal processes, by documenting how an export shipment was managed. The review captured data entry and duplications in each export shipment. Area’s to reduce duplication were identified and a new template was developed for managing export documentation.
